WaitWell was founded in 2020 in Calgary because co-founder Shannon Vander Meulen needed a way to reduce crowding and on-site waiting at her busy Alberta registry office. Since that time, WaitWell has evolved into a robust solution that supports service delivery optimization with powerful workflow and communication tools.
