Accessing and customizing reports [0:10]
First, log into your Weight Wall account and click on “Reports” in the left-hand menu. Here, you’ll find over 32 reports, each carefully curated based on customer feedback and real-world needs—and we’re always adding more to the list! Some of the most important reports include Average Wait Time to track how long customers are waiting, Tickets by Agent to see how many customers your staff are serving, Tickets by Location to identify the busiest locations, and Customer Feedback to understand how customers are responding to your services.
This data helps you make informed decisions, such as adjusting staffing, allocating resources more efficiently, and improving service delivery. Once you find the report you need, you can customize how the data is displayed by filtering it by location, queue, date, and more—so you get exactly what you need in just a few clicks.
Exporting and daily summaries [0:58]
When you’re ready to share or save your data, simply hit “Export” to download it to your computer. If you need a quick snapshot of your location’s performance, our reporting feature can send you a daily location summary with key metrics like average wait time, no-shows, cancellations, and tickets per hour. This makes it easier to manage multiple busy locations, compare performance, and track changes over time to spot trends and improvements.

For real-time insights, our dashboard allows you to check on your locations instantly. Whether you’re in the office or relaxing on a beach in Hawaii, you can see live updates as customers move through the queue. You can also toggle between locations to compare key metrics at a glance, making it simple to stay informed without being physically present.
